Thanks – your explanations are so good, teaching us things I’ve never heard other yogis talk about before. I will keep trying small things you suggest as my back settles down and my heart opens up (the other side of my problem I’m sure). Wish you were teaching in England – lucky New Yorkers. Your videos are great Sadie. I used the block (well a brick) and then realised that rolling my back side to side against the floor would massage my middle back!! Doing this a few times a day has made a huge difference to my back pain and reduced the unstability of my middle back. This is by far the best thing I’ve come across to self treat my mid back (it works much better than rolling up and down.)
