Hmm…Yoga might take some getting used to. I want to start doing yoga to help with healthy living in general, but it is kind of hard sometimes. I need to get better at stretching.

how bout if bed is too soft and springy ?
What is the time to carry out each pose?

Not with those gigantic and tall pillows, no.
Sweet smile there on the end. I’m so embarrased. All summer I’ve reversed the wake up yoga and used it as bedtime yoga. No wonder I’ve had a hard time falling to sleep.

ill try this one tonight, hopefully i can get relaxed and fall asleep… i think i may have mild insomnia..
it’s almost like i can’t get tired and if i try to make myself go to sleep, end up restless from tossing and turning. it’s horrible
