   when I was pregnant I did her prenatal yoga from first to third trimester, I’m so lucky to watched all of it. I believe that it helped me a lot especially during my labor. I was doing yoga also when my water broke.

    ive seen wai lana on pbs one night or errr day, that i stayed up too late, anyway i was like what the hell i cant sleep so im trying this, and it made me feel so good i feel asleep like a baby. now im looking for more yoga stuff wai u rock,
