From the works of Enlightened Master Paramahamsa Nithyananda. Nithya Yoga prepares the body, prepares the mind to enter into the experience of enlightenment and stay into the experience of enlightenment. Entering is not difficult. To have a satori, a glimpse of the no-mind state, to have an experience of un-clutching, is not difficult at all. But to stay in that consciousness, and especially to express that energy through your body, requires that your body and mind be prepared. Enlightened Master Nithyananda is unvieling this system of Yoga to take us back to Yoga’s roots – from the consciousness of Patanjali. Complete discourse on Nithya Yoga may be ordered through www.anandagalleria.com

tnx 4 video!!!.
In the martial arts, the master makes you do things that you may find odd, but the purpose is to build physical memory of movement. A true master does that!
I love that Paramahansa Yogananda came in America in 1920 in his late 20’s with incredibly profound wisdom, humour and love and we can never really know what it was like to be in his presence. And here we have Paramahansa Nithyananda, also in his late 20’s, full of love, wisdom, humour too.
Listening to recordings of Yogananda, they sound cutely similar with their quaint accents but always their words drip like honey with meaning and value.
this swami is amazingg!
Everything is connected. Any physical movment practised for some purpose or some intention, will produce the effect in body. Your system responds to the memory which you are creating.Your body itself is made up of your memory. Can you see the connection?
Profound expression. Thanks for the revelation that your boday will produce the effect depending on the intention you moved it. .You bridged the gap between mind and matter so easily.
I do not have words to thank you enough for bringing the knowledge which i thought i knew but you give words to make it meaningful
Truth…nothing but the truth!
Such a beautifu and soul enriching
explantion!
Thank You Swamiji.
how can we know if someone is enlightened? there is no way …. faith is the first step… with faith we can do a lot of things… to answer the question of pragneshray … a yogic body will “awaken the kundalini easily” … brahmacharya is the key … without that any posture is useless … “WE SHOULD NOT WASTE SEMEN” at any cost … Lord Krishna was an OORDHWARETHA PARA YOGI… though he frolicked with women all the while… and also directed energies upward instead of towards the mooladhara!
Hello Pragneshray .. Best is to post this QUESTION to MASTER. He will give you the Right Answer.
May be he wants to say the same thing that Sri Yukteshwar said to Parmahansa Yogananda, that a 50 watt bulb need to increase its Capacity to withold 500 watt energy.
But ask MASTER,because ordinary suggestions if come from non-enlightened being may be useful to you BUT it may not be useful to you even. SO I THINK IT IS BETTER TO ASK A COMPLETE BEING ie ENLIGHTENED BEING. I think so …
its only possible to experience the bliss when your conciousness is able to reach that depth, by training yourself in morality and physically your body and mind will become more pure so that its possible for your conciousness to reach that depth where there is bliss
When ‘I’ am not the body or mind. I am the conciousness that experiences bliss-or is bliss itself, Why the training of body and mind? Body and Mind is ‘matter’ subject to physical laws of change. Can you please shed some light ?
I see, there are different ways of achieving the bliss consciousness. I am thrilled that a living Paramahamsa is here.Thank You!
Every enlightened master expresses His experiences He/She underwent to prepare their mind/body to recieve and retain the experience of their enlightenment. Nithya Yoga is a compilation of the techniques and processes that Paramahamsa Nithyananda underwent to prepare His body/mind/spirit to retain and radiate His enlightenment.
I wonder what is the difference between Nithya Yoga mentioned by Nithyanana Paramahamsa and Kriya yoga taught by Yogananda Paramahamsa.
is this nen?
lolz…….
How can one meet this master and where?
very good words!
Namaste – he is very clear – he is a very good Guru. He is definitely within the Consciousness of Realization. Enjoy and be Happy – Am most happy to see he is sharing his hard won knowledge. Am so glad he also addresses the deeper things of Yoga as well. most excellent.
Namaste – It is good to see this down to earth and balanced Sat Guru – yes preparation needs to be in place so that when Nirvikalpa Samadhi is entered
that it may remain as Nirvikalpa Sahaja. That the mind will remain stilled – and direct Consciousness is there.
Namaste!
