    so are we suppose to do OM also everytime we do AH in the evening.

    i notice that when i meditate and visualize i can feel pressure in my third eye area. I feel it often and sometimes after i finish meditating, i still feel it. Can anyone relate to this?

    when i did i seen a big circle in front of me and it was like a orange and yellow color i kinda panic then stopped it did anyone get the same?

    It works if you do it consistently. Stuff just starts to happen as you intention. I say this from very practical and worldy experience. A few days of this practice and many “impossible” situations just started to clear up for me.
