No. The session is for 90 minutes and poses are very specific. All the poses done in their proper order have a synergistic affect on your body. I personally think a sauna would be too hot, but you might be able to do it.

i recently started doing it and it’s awesome, it’s very challenging since i can’t even touch my toes, all the weight training through out the years made my muscles very stiff, but I am getting better with each lesson in some poses.

Yoga is a great place for a straight guy to meet girls. (Of course that is not the reason to do yoga, but I met a boyfriend in yoga.) In Bikram yoga, usually you have a pretty good male/female ratio. More guys tend to do Bikram.

I go everyday ! I work a full 10hr day and do my yoga. Of course, it helps that I am single and can manage my time

Yoga is not for women only, many men practice it, nobody will be looking or judging you, because you concentrate on yourself only and there is a feeling of solitude even though you are with other people.

I have gone to quite a few classes & I have never heard anyone farT! That actually made me laugh-kind of a funny thought, but working the body is part of sports! Try it- you’ll like it!
astronautagogo on 27 Jan 2010 at 2:50 pm #
how the fuck do you have time to do it everyday? I dunno, prob the same way most people manage to watch several hours of tv everyday. if looking and feeling great was easy, everybody would be so.

i’ll try this next month? why next month? i need to save up. it costs 4000-5000 pesos here in Manila. but for the sake of losing weight and to know how to relax, i’d take it

i’ve always wanted to try hot yoga but i heard it induces farting. a friend of mine goes to bikram yoga and she told me you can hear people farting while doing the poses. that’s not something i would want to hear.

Suerte y pruebalo.
