This was recommended for asthmatics. Everytime I have an attack, they prescribe prednisone, a steroid. I’m feel like I look like a body builder

Thank you for this, I am just starting Yoga and wish to further it, it’s quite difficult when you’re a little overweight, but hopefully with my fitness program and Yoga I should improve my health. ^_^

Wow, I actually had a problem strectching with another pose but the poses here allowed the tension and cracks to release without hurting myself! Great execise!

whats wrong with innapropriate comments anyway? I often think theyre quite amusing and break the monotony of boring fkers, and if any1 doesnt like em, then dont post their vids on utube, ok!
